Dear Skalleagues,
It gives me great pleasure to have the opportunity to serve as Skal International Nairobi President for the next one year.
My key aspirations include enhancing ‘business amongst friends', networking, and the increasing of membership numbers.
Our Club has grown by 10% in the past year and with the help of my Executive Committee I would like to see this number grow whilst maintaining a quality membership.
Opportunities to network and do business with friends internationally are available through B2B preferred Contacts found on the Skal.org website, the newly established Skal Greeter programme and the Skal Turku Congress 2011. I encourage all Skalleagues to make use of these tools and to continuously strive to do business together. Locally my Committee and I will organize exciting get -togethers to keep us all in the spirit of Skal.
The Skal Turku Congress 2011 will especially be vital to attend as the Skal Statutes and the Skal Task force on the repositioning of Skal will be on the agenda. Your attendance and hence contribution to these points on the agenda, will positively affect the running of Skal for years to come.
